Relationships Scotland – Couple Counselling Fife is a charity offering a confidential counselling service in Fife.

We are here to support and guide you through the challenges that may arise in your relationship. Our team of experienced counsellors are dedicated to helping couples and individuals build healthier and stronger relationships. Whether you are facing communication issues, trust issues, or simply want to enhance your connection, we provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore your feelings and concerns. Our goal is to facilitate open and honest communication between partners, fostering understanding and empathy.

We offer a range of daytime and evening counselling sessions in Kirkcaldy, Dunfermline and St Andrews. Most of our counselling is face to face, but we can offer online counselling if you are not able to travel.

We work with all relationship difficulties whether you are in a couple or on your own, regardless of sex, gender, sexual orientation, religion or ethnicity. What’s important to us is your relationship.

Our organisation is governed by a board of trustees and is a member of the Relationship Scotland Network, offering counselling, family mediation and contact centre services across Scotland.
